University CoWork member Steve Nomura (United Vision Investment), one of the most successful real estate investors on the South Side, will teach attendees about real estate investment.

He will discuss the IDEAL (Income, Depreciation, Equity, Appreciation, Leverage) concept.

Regarding the “Fix and Flip” strategy, he will cover:

• Acquisition

• Team (Legal, Construction, etc.)

• Exit Strategy

In closing, Steve will provide a brief overview of other real estate strategies (Wholesale, Lease Option, Buy & Hold, AirBnB, MultiFamily, Commercial, Seller Financing).

All attendees will learn how they can use real estate to build wealth.
